I am in charge of sending invite to coworkers, there will be cake and games to play. Just looking for thoughts on how to word this without sounding rude. Chose to have it at a restaurant cuz mommy-2-b is honestly new to our company and is not comfortable with a huge group of people.

My boyfriend and I are not having a baby shower, just a BBQ after the baby is born. His co-workers son turns 1 the same day we are having the BBQ, so we chose to combine the two occasions.

It is going to be pretty informal for the most part. Grill out on the BBQ, play some music, have some drinks, some games for the kids (water balloons, sidewalk chalk, water guns, bubbles, etc). Any suggestions on keeping the adults entertained? What else for the kids?
