Baby Shower Cake! Help.?
I only have a few days and I need an inscription for a shower cake. The baby is a girl and her name is a secret. I saw a website with inscriptions but I want something different. All I can tell you is that during the pregnancy people refer to the baby as Baby D. I want something small and very loving, but not sappy. Cute amusing is ok. Thanks so very much!

I made my sister’s baby shower cake and here is how i went about it. I made a strawberry cake with strawberry icing with white roses along the edge then i placed a small baby girl trinket box in the middle of the cake and wrote on it “Congrats on your upcoming arrival ” and on each corner i place these ribbons that said “It’s a girl”.

Baby Shower Venue in Chicago?
Hi I’m trying to host a baby shower for the first time but I’m having distress finding a venue. I’m looking for a place located either in the Suburbs of Chicago or in the city.
It’s so hard becasue I don’t want the typical table and chairs setting. I’d like to host it at a place that has couches/tvs/tables (even pool tables). I want it to be a cozy enviroment. Any suggestions??? Thanks.
go on VRBO.COM its vacation rentals by owner. They’re privately owned homes. It could be a lakeside/countryside/garden estate etc.. They’re listed by price but even a small weekend or 1 night rental is possible. I’ve had fantastic success renting for vacations and will absolutely be doing this for my wedding (if that EVER comes along, lol!!) Excellent luck and have fun!
