Baby Shower Invitations
Baby shower invitations are very important as they make a great first impression for the party to be held either for the expectant mother, or for the newly born child.
A baby shower was something that in previous years was only popular in America, but more recently this celebration has become more popular in South Africa, the United Kingdom and many other countries through out the world.
If the party is for the Mother to be, and you are sending out the invites on her 
behalf, then you may want to consult her as to whether she wants the party to follow a specific theme.
If she does want a specific theme, then you can buy invitations which are based around that theme, which could simply be a combination of colors, pictures (typically babies or animals) and the style of text used.

Example of themes could be jungle themes, Winnie the Pooh, Disney characters or any other theme you care to mention.
There are various companies such as Tiny Prints who have a large selection of themed invites, and some will even allow you to create your own designs. The price for an entire set of invitations can vary greatly from 20 dollars up to 250 dollars, depending on the quality of paper it is printed on.
Note that some companies will include free postage and packaging so it is worth shopping around to get the best deals.
You also want to make sure that they can deliver in time for the party. Of course, if you make sure that you are well prepared and don’t leave it to the last minute to arrange, then this shouldn’t be a problem.
As a last resort, there are places on the internet where you can print your own. Rather than starting completely from scratch, you could either buy a template, or possibly use a free one, and then customize it to make it more personal.
If you do via the cheap / free route, you will at least want to make sure it is printed on decent quality paper; otherwise it won’t give a very good impression to your invitees. Remember, this is a special occasion to celebrate an important event. Make a great impression with your baby shower invitations to set the scene.
